These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Zai-e-Kashmir website and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. 

        Account Registration 

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

        Product Listings 

  • Products are listed by both Zai-e-Kashmir and independent vendors. 
  • While we ensure vendor compliance, we are not liable for the accuracy of product descriptions by third-party sellers. 

         Ordering and Payment 

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received. 
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 

         Shipping and Delivery 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor location and courier services. 
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control. 

         Prohibited Activities 

       You agree not to: 

  • Post misleading or false product information. 
  • Use the website for fraudulent transactions. 
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights. 

 

 Refund Policy

            At Zai-e-Kashmir, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. 

            Eligibility for Refunds 

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. 

            Non-Refundable Items 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce). 
  • Custom-made or personalized items. 
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of sale. 

            Refund Process 

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. 
  • Once approved, you may ship the item back at your expense unless the product was defective or incorrect. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

 Vendor Agreement

          This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Zai-e-Kashmir (“Marketplace”) and the Vendor (“You”). 

  1. Registration and Approval
  • Vendors must register with accurate business and product details. 
  • Zai-e-Kashmir reserves the right to approve or reject applications. 
  1. Product Listings
  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. 
  • Counterfeit or prohibited items are strictly forbidden. 
  1. Order Fulfilment
  • Vendors must ship orders promptly and provide tracking details. 
  • Failure to meet shipping timelines may result in penalties or account suspension. 
  1. Payments
  • Zai-e-Kashmir will remit payments to vendors after deducting agreed commission rates. 
  • Payment cycles are [Insert Cycle, e.g., weekly/monthly]. 
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Vendors must honour the Refund Policy. 
  • In case of disputes, Zai-e-Kashmir’s decision will be final. 
  1. Termination
  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. 
  • Zai-e-Kashmir may terminate immediately for breach of terms. 

 Privacy Policy – Zai-e-Kashmir

 Zai-e-Kashmir (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online marketplace connecting buyers (“Customers”) with independent    sellers (“Vendors”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

 

        Information We Collect 

  • From Customers: Name, phone number, email, billing & shipping address, payment details, order history, account preferences. 
  • From Vendors: Business name, contact details, government-issued ID, tax information, bank account details, product listings, transaction history. 

         How We Use Information 

  • To process and fulfil orders. 
  • To verify vendor accounts and enable payouts. 
  • To improve our website and services. 
  • To send important updates (order notifications, account alerts). 

          Sharing of Information 

  • With Vendors: We share customer details required to fulfil an order (e.g., name, address, contact number). Vendors must use this only for order fulfilment and not for marketing without consent. 
  • With Service Providers: Delivery partners, payment gateways, and IT support services. 
  • Legal Compliance: We may share data if required by law or government authorities. 

          Data Security 

          We use encryption, secure payment gateways, and restricted access to protect your data. 

          Data Retention 

          We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. 

          Your Rights 

            You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at      support@zaiekashmir.com. 

 Terms & Conditions – Zai-e-Kashmir

  These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zai-e-Kashmir website. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. 

     Nature of the Platform 

     Zai-e-Kashmir is a multi-vendor marketplace. Except for products sold directly by Zai-e-Kashmir, all sales are between the Vendor and the Customer. 

     Responsibilities of Vendors 

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. 
  • Ensure all goods are authentic, safe, and legal. 
  • Dispatch orders within agreed timelines. 
  • Comply with applicable laws, including taxes. 

        Responsibilities of Customers 

  • Provide accurate delivery and payment details. 
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only. 

        Platform Limitations 

  • We are not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes unless the product was sold by us directly. 
  • We may mediate disputes but final responsibility rests with the Vendor. 

        Account Suspension & Termination 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, involve fraud, or damage our platform’s reputation.
